Ensure the display is lined up in the centre of the display and stand Pro. This is the strongest magnetic connection between the display and stand. Ensure there is nothing in between the stand and Display, including the espresso Case,.
To ensure the stand is strong enough to suport the additional weight of 17 Pro, the hinges are quite firm. We recommend extending the stand in both hands with the display detached.
