Charge is not re-charging

Check that the wall adapter is plugged in, switched on and is capable of supplying 30W. Try another cable. Unplug Charge, wait one(1) minute and then plug in again. If this still does not work, contact us at [email protected]

Charge will not connect to the Stand Pro

Check that the espresso charge is not upside down. The espresso logo should be facing up. Charge only has magnets at the top of the device to connect to stand Pro.

My Charge will not hold a charge or is draining quickly.

We have built the charge to the highest of design and manufacturing standards. If you believe your charge may have developed a fault or appears to be operating in an abnormal way, please disconnect all devices from the charge and get in touch with us
