Issue: Requesting an Invoice or Checking the Status of Your Order

If you're looking for the status of your order or need to download an invoice, there's no need to contact support. You can easily access all of your order details, including the option to download invoices, through your account on espres.so.

Solution: Accessing Your Order and Invoice Information Online

Follow the steps below to check your order status or download invoices directly from your Espresso Displays account.

Step 1: Log in to Your Espresso Displays Account

  1. Go to the Website: Open your browser and visit espres.so.
  2. Log In: Click on the Log Inbutton located at the top-right corner of the page. Enter your email and password to access your account.
    • If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one using the same email address you used when placing the order.

Step 2: Access Your Order Details

  1. Navigate to Your Orders: Once logged in, click on My Orders or navigate to the Account section where your past orders are listed.
  2. View Your Orders: You will see a list of all your previous and current orders. Each order will display its current status, such as Processing, Shipped, or Completed.

Step 3: Download Your Invoice

  1. Select the Order: Click on the specific order for which you need an invoice or further details.
  2. Download the Invoice: Once the order details are displayed, you will see an option to Download Invoice. Click on this link to download a PDF version of your invoice for your records.

Step 4: Track Your Order Status

  • Order Status: In the order details section, you can also check the current status of your order to know whether it's still processing, shipped, or completed.
  • Tracking Information: If your order has shipped, tracking details for the shipment will be displayed, allowing you to follow your package's journey.
