Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item or you have an issue with the device, please contact us immediately at support@espres.so.  If you have other concerns, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery of the product.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

espresso has you covered with our 12-month warranty policy.
If a product is not functional within the warranty period, given reasonable use and wear and tear, then the customer is eligible for a replacement or refund.
